How do I start with an order?

Type of creation (cake, cupcakes, etc.)

 

Do I have to choose a cake/biscuits from your portfolio?

No you don't have to. Every cake/biscuit is individually designed. There is no cake/biscuit similar to another. Each design is completely bespoke for you.

 

How far in advance do I need to order a cake?

- We ask for a minimum of 2 weeks for celebration cakes.

- 3 months for wedding cakes.

However, if you are running late and looking for an awesome cake creation,

please contact us via email and we will be happy to assist you if possible.

How far in advance do I need to order biscuits?

- We ask for a minimum of 2 weeks, depending on availability.

However, if you are running late and looking for some awesome biscuits,

please contact us via email and we will be happy to assist you if possible.

Do you have a minimum order for cupcakes and individual biscuits?

Yes, 6 cupcakes. Biscuits depend on the order and complexity of the design.

 

Do you deliver?

Yes. We use Addison Lee couriers so the delivery charge will be calculated according to postcode.

Alternatively, collection is available free of charge from our studio in NW London. Please enquire about availability and timing.

Biscuits can be shipped via Royal Mail.

 

How are prices worked out?

Prices vary depending on size of the cake and complexity of decorations. If you have a budget to meet please contact us and we will be happy to discuss further details.

 

Are you able to cater for some special dietary requirements/allergies?

Unfortunately we are not able to assist clients with these needs yet.

All our products are made in an environment where all allergens are used, such as Dairy, Gluten, Eggs, Nuts, Peanuts, Wheat, Cereals, Tree Nuts, Soy, Sulphites, Sesame and Lupin. All products contain allergens.

Please be aware that sugar paste may also contain Nuts and Peanuts.
