Ingredients 

Vanilla biscuits: Organic Butter (contains Milk, Dairy), Organic Free Range Eggs, Sugar, Organic Fortified Wheat flour (contains Wheat flour containing Gluten, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin, Cereals containing Gluten), Organic Vanilla Bean Paste (contains vanilla extract with seeds, water, ethanol, vanilla extract, vanilla seeds, sugar, inulin, tapioca starch, thickeners, xanthan gum, guar gum).

Chocolate biscuits: Organic Butter (contains Milk, Dairy), Organic Free Range Eggs, Sugar, Organic Fortified Wheat flour (contains Wheat flour containing Gluten, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin, Cereals containing Gluten), Organic Vanilla Bean Paste (contains vanilla extract with seeds, water, ethanol, vanilla extract, vanilla seeds, sugar, inulin, tapioca starch, thickeners, xanthan gum, guar gum), Organic Cocoa.

Christmas Spiced biscuits: Organic Butter (contains Milk, Dairy), Organic Free Range Eggs, Sugar, Organic Fortified Wheat flour (contains Wheat flour containing Gluten, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin, Cereals containing Gluten), Organic Vanilla Bean Paste (contains vanilla extract with seeds, water, ethanol, vanilla extract, vanilla seeds, sugar, inulin, tapioca starch, thickeners, xanthan gum, guar gum), Ginger, Ground Cinnamon, Mixed Spices (contain Coriander, Cloves, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Ginger).

Sugar paste/Fondant Icing: We may use different sugar paste/fondant icings according to availability.

We may use one or two types of these fondant icings described below:

Fondant Icing A: Sugar, Wheat glucose syrup, palm oil, water, humectant (vegetable glycerine), emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), stabilisers (xanthan gum, carboxylate methyl cellulose), preservative (potassium sorbate), flavouring. May contain Nuts and Peanuts

Fondant Icing B: Sugar, glucose syrup, potato starch, vegetable fats (coconut, hydrogenates palm seed), water, xanthan, aroma, potassium sorbate, carboxymethyl cellulose, citric acid. May contain Nuts and Peanuts.

Fondant Icing C: Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Water, Palm Oil, Humectant: Glycerine, Emulsifier E471, Preservative: E202, Stabiliser: E413, Flavouring May contain Nuts, Peanuts and Dairy.

Food Colourings: may include E422 vegetable glycerine, E1520 propylene glycol, E551 silicon dioxide, E171 titanium dioxide, E172 iron oxide, E904 shellac, E120, E132, E133, E153, E155, E159, E124*, E129*, E104*, E122*, E110*, E102* 

*may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Embellishments (including edible glue, sugar pearls/sprinkles, royal icing): contain Milk, Dairy, Wheat, Wheat Starch, Gluten, Eggs, Nuts, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Cereals containing Gluten, Barley, Sulphites/Sulphur Dioxide, Soy/Soya, gelatine: Fish (included in sprinkles/sugar pearls), Lemon Juice.

Some biscuits may also be glazed with edible glazing (shellac) and/or coloured using food grade ethanol for edible painting.

Royal Icing: cane sugar, free range Egg albumen, citric acid, anti-caking agent: Calcium Phosphate. May also contain traces of Nuts.

All biscuits may also contain traces of Sesame, Celery, Barley, Lupin, Rye and Oats.

Please note that all biscuits are made in an environment where all allergens are used and are not suitable to be consumed by food allergy sufferers

(including allergies to Sesame, Rye, Barley, Celery, Oats, Lupin and seed allergies).

We therefore cannot guarantee our products to be allergen free.

Please note that at present we do not cater for any specific dietary/allergy requirement.

Warning: some decorations and small items, such as sugar pearls, may be hard to chew.

Please note that such items should not be given to young children who may suffocate.

Storage and Shelf Life: All biscuits are freshly baked to order, and with organic ingredients whenever possible.

Biscuits are best to be consumed within approx 2 weeks from date of dispatch or by the best before date indicated on the label at the back of your biscuits/box or indicated orally. Once opened, please store the biscuits in an airtight container.

Shipping information: We ship our biscuits to the UK only.

Please note that all biscuits will be shipped via Royal Mail.

Due to the nature of the product we are unable to accept return.
